On the territory of Museum-Reserve 59 species of Mammalia are found. For the majority of species information on relative and absolute abundance in the last decade is presented. Presence verification of a number of species is needed. Desmana moschata, Vor-mela peregusna, Mustela eversmani, M. pitorius, M. lutreola, Sicista subtilis and Lutra lutra are included in Red Data Book of Russia and Rostov region.
